You decide/inspire!

Any possible fans pay attention to this news post! xD

Since this is an experimental comic... I have basic idea's of the characters and the plot that I want to use as guidelines. Though there is no solid story.

Here's what I'm thinking...

I finish a scene, say so in a news post... and then in that same post ask fans what they would like to see or what kind of characters they would want me to introduce.

I'm not sure if I'd go with a majority vote, my favorite, or simply the only suggestion.. but I'd manipulate it so that it would work into the general plot that I had in mind for the story - or even.. the viewers could suggest plots or scenes lines and I'd weasel around it to work with the way I'm making the story.

If it sounds like a good idea - comment below. I'll leave this post up for some time as I get more pages up and more attention to the comic to see what kind of response I get.

If nothing, Then I'll probably just experiment and bs my way through the chapters. xD

That's a good approach. It might be better not to tell everyone that's what you're doing though. Maintaining the illusion that the readers have more power to guide the story than they really do will probably encourage more enthusiastic participation.

MentalGuy does something similar in prose on his site. It's a good example of what you seem to have in mind: http://storyquests.org/

Well that's interesting. More of a written format so it would be different.. and no I don't intend on telling the world where my story is going, just the feedback and helping to direct it! ;]
